Former IV of Spades vocalist Unique Salonga nagsalita na matapos iwan ang kaniyang banda.

IV of Spades, The band was formed in 2014 and had hits such as “Where Have You Been My Disco?” and “Mundo.” 



Probably one of the hottest bands in the Philippines today, has lost their vocalist Unique Salonga after quitting the group to continue with his personal endeavours.

“We are grateful everyday for your love and support,” 

“For the past weeks, the band felt the support at the live gigs around the country and online while waiting for Unique.”

“Yesterday, May 4, we finally had the chance to talk as a band,”

“Unique Salonga officially left the band to continue with his personal endeavours.”

Despite this, the band promised to continue touring despite the loss of one member. The group now only consists of bassist Zildjian Benitez, lead guitarist Blaster Silonga and drummer Badjao de Castro.


And now former IV of Spades vocalist finally speaks  up after leaving the band. His message was full of gratitude yet he still chose not to disclose the reason behind his decision.




After Salonga's hospitalization in April, some fans of IV of Spades have speculated that his departure had something to do with his health. 



IV of Spades are expected to make an appearance at next week's MYX Music Awards 2018, where the band is nominated in three categories: Group of the Year, New Artist of the Year, and Bandarito Performance of the Year.
